Our New Homes Are Taking Shape
There’s plenty happening at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Forster, with our first new homes now well underway and the community taking shape before our eyes.
Across the resort, roads and essential underground services are complete, construction is progressing on our first homes and work is continuing on our temporary Clubhouse.
With only a selection of homes remaining in our popular Foundation Release, now is an exciting time to secure your future home and watch it come to life.
Our first homes are under construction
Construction is progressing across a number of Foundation Release homes, with slabs complete, frames going up and homes beginning to take shape.
Our future display homes are also well underway, including the Diamond, Tiona, Shelley and Charlotte designs.
As construction continues, you can now get a much clearer sense of the home designs, streetscape and future community emerging at Thyme Forster.
Building the community
It’s not only the homes that are progressing.
Construction is also underway on our temporary Clubhouse, which will give our first homeowners a place to meet their neighbours and come together while our future permanent Clubhouse is being delivered.

We’re opening the gates for a special behind-the-scenes look at Thyme Forster while our first homes are under construction.
Join us onsite to walk through selected homes in progress, see the community taking shape and get a firsthand look at what’s ahead for Thyme Forster.
This is a construction site tour, giving you the opportunity to see the homes at an exciting stage of the build before our completed display homes open.
