A community coming to life
Construction at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Forster has reached another exciting milestone, with work now progressing across multiple areas of the community.
The next collection of homes and further civil works are underway, while front fencing, landscaping and the new public road are also progressing. Our first Foundation Release homes remain on track for anticipated settlement by the end of the year.
Construction expands across the resort
Work is now commencing on the next collection of homes, extending construction activity beyond the Foundation Release.
Civil works are also progressing across future areas of the community, including roads and essential underground services. This important groundwork will support the continued delivery of new homes and the wider community.
New streetscape underway
Front fencing and landscaping are now being installed, introducing some of the first finished elements of Thyme Forster’s emerging streetscape.
The new public road leading to the resort is also nearing completion, with final landscaping and lighting currently being installed.
With home construction expanding and key infrastructure advancing, Thyme Forster continues to move closer to becoming the welcoming, connected community envisioned for its future homeowners.

We’re opening the gates for a special behind-the-scenes look at Thyme Forster while our first homes are under construction.
Join us onsite to walk through selected homes in progress, see the community taking shape and get a firsthand look at what’s ahead for Thyme Forster.
This is a construction site tour, giving you the opportunity to see the homes at an exciting stage of the build before our completed display homes open.
