Exciting progress at Thyme Forster

There’s a fresh new look at the entrance to Thyme Forster! The first portion of front fencing and landscaping is complete, giving visitors a glimpse of the finished community to come. The new public road leading to the site is complete too and is now awaiting Council certification.

Beyond the entrance, there’s plenty happening. Construction of our Stage 1 homes are still on schedule, with the first homes anticipated to be ready for settlement by the end of the year. Work has also begun on Stage 2 homes, marking an exciting next step for the community.

Stage 2 civil works, including roads and services, are approaching completion, while work continues to progress in Stage 3.

We’re also a step closer to delivering the clubhouse and community facilities. The tender process is complete, and a builder is expected to be appointed soon.

With progress visible from the entrance through to the newest homes under construction, it’s an exciting time to follow what’s happening at Thyme Forster.
